Mars in Sagittarius sign project

This is where I am temporarily filing the Sun- and Moon-constellation discussions of the last year if I have dug through the content yet, matching them to my own data pools.

Mars in Sagittarius sign project

Post by Jim Eshelman » Thu Dec 12, 2019 7:13 am

Welcome to the Mars in Sagittarius discussions project, which will run December 17, 2019 to January 14, 2020. This is the last in this series of explorations of Sun, Moon, and Mars signs, closing a three-year project of this site. Please gather your list of Mars in Sagittarius people (especially those you know personally) and join us.

Here are Mars in Sagittarius interpretive resources on the forum:
Primary section:
Garth Allen:

Mars in Sagittarius has similarities to and differences from Sun in Sagittarius. To help discern these similarities and differences, here is a link to the earlier Sun in Sagittarius discussion:

My current concise summary of Mars in Sagittarius (always subject to change) reads:
Idealist (not necessarily pragmatic). Serious about subjects of interest: sincere, devoted, studious (seems hardworking; it's really love or zeal). Passionate with beliefs; moral courage; persuasive. Innovative, ambitious, strategic. Thrives in classic styles. Many exude air of mystery or fantasy (branding?). Many are identified with ideologies, -ists, & -isms.
Here on Solunars, people with Mars in Sagittarius include myself, The Scales Both Ways, and
and occasional participants gmugmble. (Not a lot of Sag Marses here, in contrast to the huge list of Gemini Marses.)

My friend Bill of 25 years or so has Mars in Sagittarius and my friend Eric whom I’ve known for about 7. Bill is a Libra-Pisces and Eric a double Scorpio.
They really aren’t alike. It’s hard for me to say what they have in common.
They both did play baseball. Eric was much better at it though.
Bill is an avid runner. He also has a hat collection( I don’t think he’s big into it still).
Bill has been married for awhile. Eric never married.
Im thinking of Mars traits...aggression, competition and so on. And Mars-Jupiter.
Neither are outwardly aggressive in movement or physical expression. They are both thin.
They both spend allot of money, more than it seems they can afford. They will spend money on entertainment and eating out like nothing.
