Obit - Stanley Falkow

Stanford professor Stanley Falkow "discovered how antibiotic resistance spreads among bacteria and how bacteria cause disease."

He was born January 24, 1934, time unknown, Albany NY. He died May 5, 2018, in Portola Valley, CA.

Hi Sun was Capricorn and his Moon in Taurus, the Moon-sign especially being suitable for a career in biology. I'm also curious how many eminent "life-scientists" have a close Venus-Mars aspect: Falkow had them conjunct, probably within minutes, in Mars' exaltation degree. The most formidable thing in his natal chart is a partile Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto T-square, suitable for radical "good science." The T-square aspects (almost partile) into the Venus-Mars conjunction.

He had recently experienced his Uranus return, one orbit of the plan of discovery and break-through science to mark his life. The day he died, Mars opposed his Pluto and squared his Jupiter-Uranus.
