LONG-TERM (Solar Ingress) PATTERNS
For the United States, the 12 months beginning January 15, 2020 are dominated by Uranus on Eastpoint and a triple Sun-Saturn-Pluto conjunction (with some Mercury) at Midheaven. It will be a difficult year with more challenges than blessings. Perhaps our best way to use of 2020 is to prepare for the even more severe patterns coming in 2021.

URANUS gives the main flavor of a year full of surprises: sudden rupture or eruption, shock, revelation, and overflowing of boundaries and limitations. Among Uranus events caused by human actions are surprise attacks, changes in foreign relations or in leadership, riots, revolts, and other populist uprisings.

However, the main story likely will be told by the foreground cluster of Sun, Saturn, and Pluto. For half a century, every election year except 1984 had Pluto on Capsolar Midheaven, a perfect symbol. This year, Pluto conjunct Saturn is the closest aspect (0°15'), 2° from a culminating Sun: It seems astrologically inconceivable Donald Trump's presidency will survive the year.

This will be a horrible struggle, probably with great damage along the way. SATURN CONJUNCT PLUTO signifies hardship including catastrophic disasters often laying waste to a landscape, feelings of irrevocable loss or separation, a seemingly apocalyptic moment. The U.S. last had an angular Saturn-Pluto this powerful in 2001, for the 9/11 attacks. Historically, the aspect has marked the downfall of cities and nations (which would be an extreme expression). [So far, in 2020, the Wuhan coronavirus and consequent events have been the most obvious expression of this.]

In the U.S., the Sun-Saturn-Pluto triplet is angular in southern Florida, New Orleans, and coastal Mississippi. I fear these areas won't make it through 2020 without a devastating (Category 5?) hurricane after the fashion of Hurricane Andrew. A Mars line through Santa Barbara County makes it seem certain this year's fires will be more severe than the already-terrible ones of the recent past. You can see the impact of these lines outside of Washington, DC here.

SUN-SATURN marks primarily sad events. (Even happy events occur under arduous conditions.) Examples include the death or restraint of national leaders; government gridlock; restrictive, controlling, or failing government that causes or worsens disaster, fiscal crisis, structural collapses, natural disasters, and other events mandating government oversight and response. [We have seen much of this already in the Wuhan virus debacle.] SUN-PLUTO possibilities are diverse, from natural disasters to political confrontation: Routine motifs include removing or assailing those in power, rebelling against conventions, and disrespect for and disobeying the law.

Uranus squares Sun, Saturn, and Pluto mundanely. SATURN-URANUS signals bubble-bursting confrontation by harsh reality and wide pendulum swings between polar opposites like freedom-restriction, liberality-conservatism, or the forces of change and status quo. URANUS-PLUTO is destabilizing, revolutionary, revising, remapping, anti-establishment, and anti-government with a spirit of revolution that dismantles current systems and tears down existing structures. People ignore, challenge, or reject precedent, custom, convention, and authority. SUN-URANUS signals sudden, startling events that are psychologically (and sometimes physically) explosive such as surprise attacks, changes in leadership, and life-altering technology breakthroughs.

We are already in a new American civil war, at least with respect to culture. This chart portrays a nation hurled more deeply into division in 2020, closer to the spirit of a new American revolution. As Pluto transitions from Sagittarius to Capricorn, every solar or lunar cardinal ingress of the next three years worldwide will have Sun or Moon closely conjunct, opposite, or square Pluto.

Sun conjoins Mercury, their midpoint on MC. Beyond the usual (seemingly trivial) Mercury themes one would hope that the flow of international commerce resumes at its old pace. We anticipate a year of technology altering everyday life at even a faster rate than currently anticipated. Mercury squares Uranus (0°10' in RA), so these developments are within its purview: We have a year of discovery and amazement ahead, even as we endure a persistent sense of emergency and alarm.

MEDIUM-TERM PATTERNS (The Bridge)
Bridge patterns mix Uranus, Jupiter, and Mars, with much of the month centered on Mars-Uranus.
  • Uranus squares Cansolar Moon beginning 3/29, with a likely run of sudden, eruptive, surprises, overflowing natural bounds and limits, and startling impact. Change is in the air!
  • Jupiter conjoins Capsolar MC from 4/7 onward. Jupiter in the Capsolar and Uranus in the Cansolar share enthusiasm for progressive social change, passion for expanded opportunities, technology breakthroughs, and no small chance of spring flooding.
  • Mars combines with them twice during the month. First, Mars conjoins Capsolar MC March 23-29, overlapping with Uranus on 3/29. They are volatile, waiting to explode with psychological (if not physical) bombshells, surprise attacks, eruptive tempers, and a general sense of alarm and armament.
  • Then, Mars conjoins Cansolar Moon April 6-9. Uranus squares the same Moon - Mars and Uranus are on Cansolar Moon worldwide - which signifies a heightened state of emergency worldwide, with pulses pounding harder and frequent news stories focused on violence and damage. Jupiter conjunct Capsolar MC at the same time suggests, in the U.S., concurrent effort to alleviate, cure, or resolve the threatening circumstances, whether by diplomacy, relief aid, or other means.
To summarize, the Bridge zones are:
  • Mar 23-28. Mars.
  • Mar 29. Uranus Mars.
  • Mar 30-Apr 5. Uranus.
  • Apr 6. Uranus Mars.
  • Apr 7-9. Uranus Jupiter Mars.
  • Apr 10-14. Uranus Jupiter.
NOTE: Mars is in Sagittarius until 3/23, when it enters Capricorn. Jupiter enters Capricorn 4/5 for a couple of months. Summaries of longer-term trends from outer planet transits can be seen here.

SHORT-TERM (Lunar Ingress) PATTERNS

Caplunar (Mar 18)
20200318 Caplunar.jpg
The Caplunar covers March 18 to April 14, especially the first week, March 18 to 25. Mercury dominates the month and most of its weeks. Furthermore, this is a positive expression of Mercury, especially for the first two weeks. In the Caplunar, Mercury 0°24' from MC squares Venus (1°31' PVP, in azimuth). Our collective conversation is dramatically different than that driven by Moon-Saturn-Pluto for the prior month: Topics are lighter, less stressed, more entertaining, more social, and far less apocalyptic.

Moon still closely conjoins Pluto (0°07' in mundo) and squares Sun (0°18' in mundo); but Saturn is gone from the mix. Great intensity and confrontation remain, but the sense of dread and obsession with mortality are gone. Instead, Moon conjoins Jupiter (2°14' in mundo) and (somewhat widely) Mars, bringing uplifted mood and refreshed vitality.

Standard Mercury themes take the lead, including commerce, communication, transportation, strategy, and science. However, most of these are such a big part of our everyday lives that it may be hard to notice the difference. One area where angular Mercury usually shines is in placing the media itself in the forefront of their own story. Press celebrities may, themselves, be in the news. Special broadcasts, breaking news, and unusual press events interrupt normal programming, or some central story holds our attention round the clock.

(A passing observation, as an experiment in case it proves important: The USA natal Mars exactly rises in the Caplunar, paran transiting Mercury.)
  • 3/23: CapQ Dsc = T Jupiter conjunct Capsolar Saturn-Pluto.
Most locations west of the Rockies have one or more of Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, and Moon angular, in a complicated mix: If you have special interest in one of these areas, please check its Caplunar. San Francisco is hit particularly hard, probably with severe restrictions. Washington and Oregon seem to have the best time.

Arilunar (Mar 25)
20200325 Arilunar.jpg
The Arilunar, covering March 25 to April 2, resembles the Caplunar in most respects. The one difference is that Saturn re-enters the picture.

Mercury is again most angular (0°14' from IC). Venus is 2°38' below Descendant, adding overt benefic character. This time, the Mercury-Venus square is along the prime vertical (2°52'). As before, Moon squares Pluto closely (0°15'). Moon also closely squares Jupiter and Mars. These effectively duplicate the Caplunar.

However, for Washington (but not the world in general), Moon squares Saturn (0°44' in mundo), nearly as close as the Moon-Pluto. Tragic news emerges that perhaps was missed or underplayed the prior week. Nonetheless, with a Mercury-Venus paran on the angles, we expect a more upbeat tone, a happy news media and good press, a trending appreciation of form and artistic design, and such results as diplomacy, negotiations, treaties, and peaceful agreements.

Moon's aspects to Pluto, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars suggest strong swings in the stock market but, I think, with more health as business competition thrives. A restructuring of financial or market oversight may emerge this week. The tone is not entirely bad; it is mixed and active.
  • 3/26: CapQ Dsc = T Pluto and (a little more widely) Mars on Capsolar Sun. CapQ MC squares Jupiter.
  • 3/30: CanQ angles = T Mercury & Jupiter. Possible treaty or other advantageous agreement signed.
  • 4/1: CapQ Dsc = T Mars-Saturn conjunction. Danger!
Again, the major planet cluster - Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto, and Moon, especially - falls in the west. Check local maps for details. Puerto Rico's Democratic Primary 3/29 will be confused and uncertain with Neptune angular.

Canlunar (Apr 2)
20200402 Canlunar.jpg
The Canlunar covers April 2-8. For a third week in a row, Mercury shines brightly (this time 0°33' from Eastpoint). However, the God of News is not with Venus this time, but with Neptune, which squares MC (0°05'). Mercury conjoins Neptune within 0°03' in mundo.

Mercury-Neptune signals confusion and disorientation amidst (or leading to) bad, confused choices. If we are not outright misled by those in authority, it at least feels like we are, causing uncertainty, doubt, and anxiety. Unreasoning reaction (even hysteria) is more the tone of the day. The usual form uncertainty takes is wondering, "What happens now?" Information channels become perverse. Transportation routes are impaired.

Moon again exactly aspects Pluto (opposition 0°10'), as it will do with little interruption for the next few years. However, a hand-off from pessimistic, sad Saturn to enthusiastic, upbeat Jupiter continues with a partile Moon-Jupiter opposition (0°27'). Moon opposite Saturn weakens and fade (gone for the world in general, 3½° in mundo for Washington).

The focus, then, is on Jupiter-Pluto, which can be politically destabilizing but - coming out of the near-apocalyptic shared experiences for the last many weeks - has the feeling of regeneration, even salvation. Since transiting Jupiter begins to cross Capsolar MC before this week is over, there is a definite sense of "coming out the other side" or a collective ordeal.
  • 4/2: CapQ Dsc finishes crossing an unusually harsh Saturn.
  • 4/4 & 4/7: CapQ Asc squares Uranus.
  • 4/7-8: CapQ MC squares ingress Pluto-Saturn. Dsc finally reaches T Mars.
The planet concentration we have followed all month rises on a curve from Arizona and New Mexico (New Mexico gets the worst end of the deal) northeast through the Dakotas. San Francisco gets a refreshing wake-up call from Uranus, or possibly a liberation.

Liblunar (Apr 8)
20200408 Liblunar.jpg
20200408 Liblunar-mundo.jpg
The Liblunar covers April 8-14. Though Mars looks to be more angular ecliptically, Venus is actually closer. The most angular planets are Venus (Asc 1°56') and Uranus (square MC 1°05'), followed by a Mars more widely (MC 3°26') and, more distantly, angular Saturn.

With Venus square Mars (1°30'), both planets in signs of high dignity, the key this week is passion. (Next week's Arisolar repeats this.) Feelings run strong through the nation. Mars squares Uranus (0°28'): When not overtly explosive, this signals psychological bombshells. Both aspects favor war over peace, but Venus holds the upper hand: At worst, I expect heightened tensions and bold engagement with other nations. In non-political arenas, these could be quite pleasant, with high emotional vitality, enthusiasm, and an impulse to hard, wild partying.

Suddenly, lunar aspects are all positive: With the attention-seizing Moon square Pluto (a mere 0°06'), Moon also squares Jupiter (0°15') and opposes Uranus (1°53' in mundo). Usually, this marks ideological conflicts and railing against ingrained tradition, and is typical of storm and flood. On the upside, it shows surprising, unexpected wins, increased prosperity (the market will be up for a week), beneficial scientific breakthroughs, ingenious solutions, and passion for remapping a larger social contract.
  • 4/8: CapQ Dsc = T Mars square T Uranus. MC squares ingress Saturn. Despite the upbeat Liblunar, this will be a day of enormous severity.
  • 4/10: CapQ MC square T Pluto atop Capsolar Sun. T Mars (about the same speed as the angle) is still mere minutes from Dsc
  • 4/13: CapQ Dsc = T Mars exactly.
Jupiter-Pluto culminates through Lake Michigan and south through Alabama; it squares Asc through the Plains, which will experience extreme, atypical weather. Saturn culminates on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border and due south (close to Charlotte), ending in Miami, which has a severe Capsolar (like Louisiana where Saturn squares the horizon): Are we getting an early hurricane season?. Mars and Saturn roughly flank the Mississippi River.

Trump Watch

Post by Jim Eshelman » Thu Nov 21, 2019 7:48 pm

PROGRESSIONS
Long-running progressions continue: p Mars sex. r Pluto & p Mars ssq. r Mars (contentious); p Sun-Venus ssq. (celebrity-fueling); and p Mercury sex. r Jupiter and r Uranus (surprising luck and success in business and cutting deals).

Lunar progresses are kind. Progressed Moon aspects Jupiter until April 4, overlapping a progressed Moon-Venus aspect all month (exact 4/10). These minor aspects should lift him a bit.

TRANSITS
Much in President Trump's Solar Return crests around the equinox, with a full climax on April 1. These are his most challenging aspects in recent years.

Transiting Uranus conjoins SSR Eastpoint and Saturn conjoins SSR MC. Saturn is exact 3/19 and both expire 4/1. April 1 is also the exact day of an ongoing Pluto transit to SQ Moon and Pluto opposition to natal Saturn, the exact day that SQ Moon sesqui-squares natal Saturn. These are the transits Trump's foes wish he'd experienced during the impeachment trial. Against this backdrop of shaken foundations and extreme change, Saturn crossing Midheaven is typically a severe blow: added weight, burden, disapproval, and overall diminishment of one's standing in the world. It marks the worst period for him during his current birthday year and one of his worst ever. The triple convergence to the minute of arc of transiting Pluto, progressed SSR Moon, and natal Saturn shakes underlying foundations, demoralizes, and likely means the final end and loss of something dearly important to him.

The other most important transits of the month come from Jupiter. In the face of Saturn on SSR MC, these cannot be taken as positive though they might ameliorate. Jupiter opposes natal Saturn March 27 to April 14, exact on 4/4 (immediately after the 4/1 climax). This aspect is positive but in a qualified way: It tends to ease guilt or grant forgiveness, providing space for a new beginning. It is a time to building anew, from the ground up. Then, the last few days of the month beginning 4/13, Jupiter opposes natal Venus, the best Venus aspect he's had in ages, starting just as he enters a positive lunar return.

SIDEREAL LUNAR RETURN (Mar 15)
20200315 Trump SLR.jpg
Trump's new SLR continues to show the dismantling of relationships. Transiting Uranus and Venus are most angular; natal Pluto is at MC. The strongest aspect is transiting Venus square natal Pluto (0°41'), which signifies distancing oneself from closeness and connection. Key relationship decisions or turning points come to a head. Uranus squares natal Pluto (2°58'), so big changes are afoot. Transiting Saturn and Uranus square (almost 5° in mundo[/i]) is a lesser factor that nonetheless further disrupts the status quo.

However, the strongest message of disrupting existing structures is transiting Pluto opposite natal Saturn within 0°02' in mundo.

SIDEREAL DEMI-LUNAR RETURN (Mar 30)
20200330 DSLR.jpg
If President Trump is in Washington for this Demi-SLR, it doesn't have much to say. Transiting Mercury is closely angular (reiterating the strongest trends of the lunar ingresses), with Neptune very widely angular. No foreground aspects exist. No natal planets are foreground. Other than the strong Mercury, the only outstanding features are the backdrop indications of over half a dozen non-foreground partile aspects.

As summarized above, that transits to the nativity and SSR suggest that the first few days of this fortnight will be climactic and very difficult. The minimalism of the Demi may mean that the full SLR continues to operate at full steam or that the backdrop partile aspects have unusual say.

Transiting Pluto conjoins natal Saturn within 0°01'. In fact, transiting Jupiter and Pluto are conjunct (0°34') and oppose natal Saturn together. Where Jupiter is involved, we have to consider the courts. While Jupiter-Pluto might be relief and rescue, the intense concentration on Saturn suggests this will not be pleasant or easy to endure.

Any doubt that this is difficult is silenced by Mars conjunct Saturn (0°34'), always a sign of hardship. That the partile Mars-Saturn and Jupiter-Pluto conjunctions are both in the 5th house might suggest, to a house-minded astrologer, that these difficulties come through his children or some gamble in matters of pleasure; I am not confident that we shall see so specific a source.

Transiting Neptune squares his Uranus (0°18'). Venus squares his Mars (0°35' in mundo). Sun squares his Mercury (0°44'). All of these surely have at least a footnote in the outcome.

SIDEREAL LUNAR RETURN (Apr 12)
20200412 SLR.jpg
President Trump has one of his most positive Lunar Returns since he has been in office. By the orientation of its angles, he gains a natal Mercury-Jupiter square that doesn't exist in his natal horoscope. This Mercury-Jupiter square is activated by Sun. All three planets fall close to angles.

Specifically, natal Jupiter is 2°22' before Descendant, natal Mercury 2°30' before IC, and transiting Sun 3°30' before Ascendant. This gives three mundane aspects: natal Mercury square Jupiter (0°08'), transiting Sun square natal Mercury (1°00'), and transiting Sun opposite natal Jupiter (1°08'). The Sun-Mercury symbolism doubles up because the midpoint of transiting Sun and transiting Mercury is 0°33' from Ascendant.

These placements and aspects bespeak great success and well-earned bragging rights. Possibly it comes from negotiations. Were he a greater orator, we would expect epic oration. It may center around matters of commerce or trade. Plans, long in motion, likely come to a successful conclusion. The aspects suggest causes for celebration and probable honor, achievement, and recognition.

There is also deception. Transiting Mercury closely opposes natal Neptune. His mind embraces fantasy before fact. He shows he can charm, weave, and enchant.

While the current patterns are so positive, other energies still move in the backdrop, though fruit likely will not drop from their boughs until a later period.

Geographic areas centered on map lines have a roughly 150-200 mile leeway (3°) for strong effects. For these mappings of planetary energies, see standard interpretations in Chapter 8 of Sidereal Mundane Astrology. (A link to the free current edition can always be found near the top of the Publications sub-forum.) Readers may wish to consider all planet lines and intersections against the standard interpretations.

Transits to Capsolar Planets

Post by Jim Eshelman » Thu Nov 21, 2019 7:49 pm

Transits to Capsolar planets are important identifiers for locales where the 'natal' planet was angular in the Capsolar, or where it spins to a CapQ angle at the time of the aspect.

t Pluto conj. Capsolar Sun ALL MONTH
-- t Jupiter conj. Capsolar Sun 3/28 to END
t Jupiter conj. Capsolar Pluto START to 3/27
t Jupiter conj. Capsolar Saturn START to 3/29

MARS TRANSITS:

Outer planet sign transits

Post by Jim Eshelman » Wed Jan 15, 2020 1:08 pm

Pluto in Sagittarius (2005-2021)
Rising cultural waves rejecting or seeking to overthrow traditional Sagittarian themes, which in turn arouse retaliatory assertion or intensification of those ideas. The battlegrounds for these polarized struggles include the overthrow of cultural institutions in general; rejection of imperialism, elitism, economic disparity, abusive taxation, and traditional forms of religion, and academia (with consequent aggressive protection and re-assertion of these things). Efforts to overthrow existing culture (whether one's own culture or that of an enemy), generally rooted in religious fundamentalism, cutural chauvinism, or ideas of racial purity.

More positively, revolutionary developments in the areas of religion and philosophy. Very substantial advances in energy production (primarily for far-reaching travel and exploration, imperialism and exploitation, and the support of commerce through greater energy production). Science supporting more industrial power and laying the foundation for broader and faster travel.

Neptune in Aquarius (2009-2023)
Suppressed or diffused social progressiveness, squashed rebellions, deranged concepts of liberty, all setting the stage for a future conflict or breakthrough after the transit is over. Imagined new vistas and possibilities without current capacity to reach or manage them. Roused socialist-leaning liberalism. Failure of universalism, futurism, or true enlightenment to flourish. Shortage of dispassionate clarity, fostered ignorance.

This transit reflects living in a time when most people feel like we are living in a science fiction wonderland, "imagining the inconceivable." Change happens so fast, technical progress accelerating far beyond any vision prior generations had to the 21st century (provided it doesn't involve transportation). One aspect of this is increased complexity with life changing faster than neurology can grasp, manage, and keep up. It has fostered technological surveillance and loss of privacy.

Uranus in Aries (2017-2025)
A volatile time politically. Issues of economics, government, and accelerated armament. Great challenges to the stability of existing alliances: Acute polarization splits former allies (individuals, social groups, or nations) along new axes. Widespread dissatisfaction fuels repudiation of historic closely held views and values. Each such era, while people are passing through it, feels like a transitions between a concluding old cycle and an opening new cycle.

An unyielding, unremitting sense of emergency exists, then autocratic governance increases. Extraordinary autocratic power is yielded (voluntarily granted) to national leaders, who acquire increasing dominion of economic and social issues. Armament, safety, going one's way alone without the encumbrances of alliances... these win out over the demand for personal liberty and social equality. The masses seem more comfortable with an authoritarian father figure to "make everything OK." Absent a state of war, there me be a suspension of checks and balances on autocracy normal to martial law.

Increased polarization and struggle between opposing extremes - each historic period has its own example, whether it be arising fascism vs. socialism (or political elements that, if more extreme, would have emerged as overtly fascist or socialist, extremism of right vs. left), opposing views on slavery, Catholic vs. Protestant wars, etc. Economics (especially trade) are unstable, in a precarious balance. Economics policies become more nationalistic and autistic, increasingly protective, to defend against trade inequities and competition imbalances. Extreme unrest in economically hurting populations.

Saturn in Capricorn (Jan 2020 - Jan 2023)
Individual and political struggles for survival, autonomy, and self-sufficiency. Land & space: Shortages of land and secure space, redefining boundaries; territorial acquisitions and annexations, mineral rights, mining conflicts; walls, embargos, spatial segregation, splitting historically separate countries into autonomous nations. Earth & water crises: Ecological concerns regarding climate change; land- and water-based retaliations by the Earth against destabilizing climate change; volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, no-warning fire outbreaks; water and land rights and conservation. Hunger, food-security, and dwelling issues including crop failures and famine; further crumbling of farming as a viable livelihood; hunger may be weaponized (or may be addressed aggressively). Earth-mindful rebellion religions thrive, including renewal and empowerment of paganism. Major finance developments: Vast financial institutional restructuring and management, especially favoring capitalism. Changes in how we collectively control money and commerce including bedrock foundations, controls, and financial restructuring; institutions aimed at money security are created or strengthened; long-standing economic hardship and social disenfranchisement boil over. Fear: Focus on how we manage and respond to it. Disabilities and misfortune draw focus: "Inferiority" (so-called) more visibile; disability and genetic bigotry; widespread civil liberties conflicts and civil rights resistance activism. Relief from the arts and laughter.

Jupiter in Sagittarius (Nov 2019 - Nov 2020)
(Under development.)

Jupiter in Capricorn (Apr 2020 - Nov 2021)
(Under development.)

A very interesting Capsolar Quotidian situation appears in Washington today that deserves watching: Transiting Jupiter conjoins Capsolar Saturn-Pluto exactly on a CapQ angle. This operates all day and, in fact, has a plus-minus 2° orb (roughly two days either side).

As an example, here is the chart for 7:00 PM tonight when the Jupiter crossing is closest:

27°52' Sagittarius - s Pluto
28°07' Sagittarius - s Saturn
28°18' Sagittarius - CapQ Dsc
28°19' Sagittarius - t Jupiter

Though this is the most intellectually intriguing, other important things unfold over the next few days. For example, Q Dsc is already in orb of transiting Pluto 29°43' Sagittarius and ingress Sun at 0°00' Capricorn.

Transiting Mars is just barely within 2° of the angle and I think is going to step up the obvious list of Mars things (infections, aggressive behavior, conflict in Washington, fires around the country, etc.). For Washington, the time table of Mars on the quotidian angle is:

3/23 - enters 2° orb
3/30-4/1 - Mars-Saturn conj. within 2° of an angle
4/2 - enters 1° orb
4/12 - crosses angle exactly
4/23 - leaves 1° orb
5/4 - leaves 2° orb

So the sense of extreme emergency continues in Washington through May 4.

IMO, this t. Jupiter was symbolized by the Federal Reserve saying they will print unlimited supply of $ to make everything OK with the stimulus package. DOW has been falling since this announcement!!! IMO, they have fired their last bullet! Nothing is working! Lets see where the DOW closes today. IMO, they need to be planning on how to support all the people with essentials, a very difficult task.
So the sense of extreme emergency continues in Washington through May 4.
They are trying to figure out what to do to save the economy to prevent eventual chaos in the streets. They are only representatives for the people—not experts. This Sidereal Astrology Pluto thing partile the solar ingress Suns which has taken hold and dominating the World is way over the heads of the DC elites running the show. Put this together with t. Saturn hitting DC Capsolar MC two more times this year....

IMO, what we are seeing slowly unfolding is the "stunning/shocking" manifestations of this Sidereal Astrology Pluto. On a scale of 1-10, with the higher # being more so, I rate the psychology of this Sidereal Astrology Pluto only a 3, for now. Jim, I want to discuss later the future of this Sidereal Astrology Pluto further in your 2020 Capsolar thread.
