Revisiting Clay Reed 90s articles in AA

Thanks for your sample here Jim, which proves statistically Clay's outer planet partile 0,90,180 transits to Tert outer planets does not prove out. Right now, I can't find Clay's article where I quoted his words about this issue with Terts. Maybe Clay understands another factor with this issue, maybe having to do with the Tert Moon and its aspects, I don't really know. My question regarding my observation about t. Pluto partile cnj Boyd's Tert Saturn in 2021 at 0 Cap would really do us no good from an exact timing stand point, anyway--the partile transit last too long. The only thing I can think of would be these type outer planet Tert with outer planet transits needs to be timed with a more narrow timing frame, maybe a cardinal lunar ingress, again I don't know--just thinking out loud with this post.
